Company History
Ed Cross
Founder
Ed was born in Washington D. C., raised in Loudoun County, and graduated from Aldie High School. Ed started Tri-County Construction, Inc. (TCC) in the Alexandria area in 1958. The company moved its office west to Fairfax County in 1973 and then made its final westward move in 1975 to its present location in Purcellville. As Loudoun County became one of the nation’s top counties in population growth, Ed helped position the company to build Loudoun County’s needed infrastructure for both its residential and commercial needs. Ed’s passion for building continues as he still helps consult and manage the company.
